The Hotel de Pavie, from the Renaissance to today

In the past, theHotel de Pavie was a convent where the nuns gave shelter to pilgrims and travelers. Later, the building was transformed into an inn and then a hotel restaurant. After the Second World War, the place became a guinguette. The inhabitants met there to dance and meet each other. It is only in the year 2000 that the famous Persian family became guests of this House.

Ideally located, theHotel de Pavie offers an exceptional panorama on the roofs and the vineyards of Saint-Emilion. The Hotel de Pavie offers various accommodations such as the Bell Tower House of the famous monolithic church carved into the rock. The architect Alberto Pinto decorated 9 elegant and contemporary rooms.

You will also find the Village House, an old house with Roman tiles. It has 8 rooms where the English style and a warm atmosphere reign. The House of Suites is located two minutes walk from the reception but offers a contemporary space filled with charm. Finally, the Pavie residence is our haven of peace in the heart of the vineyards. Located three kilometers from the village, it is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature. It is composed of 3 rooms and a suite named after the vineyards of Château Pavie and decorated like the 19th century manor houses.

After a breakfast served in the lounge of theHotel de Pavia, you can enjoy private tours of the vineyards and underground monuments such as the Monolithic Church.
